nice article, thanks for passing it on. I can dig "Sco" but never "Frisco" although the etymology bit was pretty cool. i kind of want to get a sweatshirt with a district name on it, but not anything as unhip as "Mission", "Fillmore" or "Sunset" . If you are a true Sanfrsiscan you would call these places "Tha 'Mish", "Da 'Mo" and "the 'Set". But honestly, I think that we SFers are just getting too hip for even ourselves. I think it's time to take this superiortity conflict a bit further and just secede. We could even have our own governor. That was too easy, I recall that last joke.
